Company Introduction and Eligibility for Use.

The Company means: Khusheim Company for Machinery and Equipment.

The site is owned by the company

The use of the website is only available to persons who are legally qualified to enter into contracts in accordance with the law in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Minors (under 18 years of age) may use the Site only with the consent of their guardian or legal guardian.

The user assumes full responsibility when using the website from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and abides by local laws.

Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend the Terms at any time.

Continued use of the Site after the modifications have been posted shall be deemed to be the User's acceptance of the updated version of the modifications.

Cancelled terms and conditions do not apply retroactively.

Orders and Sales Contract.

The order is considered binding upon the Company's confirmation of the order or upon receipt of the sale price.

The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if an error in price or technical description is found.

Prices and payment methods.

Prices in the shopping cart or unconfirmed orders may change if the price is adjusted before the order is confirmed.

The prices quoted include VAT and may change without prior notice prior to order confirmation.

In case an error is discovered in the pricing of the product or its technical description, an individual company has the right to reject or cancel the order, and the customer will be informed in case of cancellation of the order.

Delivery and pick-up.

Orders are delivered according to the company's approved schedules, not including Fridays and Saturdays.

The company is responsible for delivery in accordance with the delivery policies, with the estimated delivery date specified.

The responsibility of the product passes to the customer upon receipt.

In case the order is not received within 10 business days, customer service should be contacted.

The principle of good faith is based on the specific times and dates for the supply of goods, and the company assumes no responsibility for any losses, costs, damage or expenses that directly or indirectly cause delays in the delivery of the goods.

Return and Exchange Policy.

Products can be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt, if they are unused and in the original packaging, in addition to the return request being made on the same day as the receipt of the order.

Returns do not include chemical or expired products; products offered as part of a promotion or free of charge.

Returns due to company faults or damage during shipping.

Returns for other reasons are borne by the customer for shipping fees and wire transfer fees.

Warranty and maintenance.

The company provides warranty against manufacturing defects as per the manufacturer's instructions and Saudi regulations.

The warranty does not cover consumable parts, malfunctions resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, depreciation, non-compliance with the instructions for use, vandalism, maintenance work that does not conform to the manufacturer's recommendations, or negligence in performing maintenance.

The Certified Maintenance Center report is the official reference for the evaluation of the warranty, while preserving the customer's right to resort to the competent authorities.

The maintenance work is as follows:

• Equipment that meets the warranty terms and conditions is repaired free of charge at the company's or approved service centers.
• The machine should be used for the work it is designed for, for example a woodchipper should not be used for cutting iron.
• The customer must adhere to the periodic maintenance of the equipment as instructed by the manufacturer within the company's maintenance centers or approved by the company or in accordance with the local specifications according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Genuine parts must be used to maintain the warranty.
• The warranty covers only equipment sold by the company and its authorized distributors and does not cover equipment imported by other companies from other countries.
• The presence of the serial number on the equipment is a prerequisite for obtaining the warranty and it is not permissible to remove the serial number and use it for more than one machine.
• To get the warranty the serial number on both the equipment and the invoice or warranty card must match.
• The warranty does not include consumable parts (power switches, wires, pomegranates, leather rings, charcoal, filters, oils, greases, etc.).
• The warranty does not cover malfunctions caused by the use of unauthorized electrical connections or the operation of the equipment on generators (unless the equipment is equipped for this) - Operation of the equipment in abnormal environmental conditions such as (very high temperature, under rain, unventilated rooms, operation of the machine in the desert between sandstorms without a protection room)...etc.)
• The company may sell some products purchased from the local market where it is a distributor, these products are subject to the terms and guarantee of its local agent and cannot be guaranteed by the Arab Professionals Company unless there is a contract concluded with the customer.
• Connecting the stomach to an electrical source that matches the specifications of the equipment answers.

Intellectual Property Rights.

This website and its content are subject to copyright of the company and all rights are reserved.

All content of the website (images, text, logos, design) is the property of the company.

Reuse, distribute, or produce part or all of any content without express written permission is prohibited.

Responsibility and force majeure.

The Company is not liable for indirect damages or losses resulting from the use of the Site or Products, unless gross negligence on the part of the Company is proven.

The Company is not responsible for delays or non-performance resulting from circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, transportation or electricity disruptions.

Law and Jurisdiction.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The jurisdiction of the courts of Dammam City (the seat of management of the Company) shall be for any dispute arising out of the use of the Website or dealing with the Company.

Severability.

If any provision of these Terms is invalidated, the remaining terms shall remain in full force and effect.
