- Manage and lead a team of CRM specialists, sales coordinators, and customer service representatives. - Develop and implement CRM strategies and policies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth. - Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the company's CRM software system, ensuring data integrity, reporting, and analytics. - Analyze customer data and trends to identify opportunities for process improvements and new marketing/sales initiatives. - Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align CRM efforts with overall business objectives. - Monitor CRM performance metrics, such as customer satisfaction, lead conversion rates, and response times, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Provide regular CRM-related training and support to cross-functional teams. - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging CRM technologies to continuously optimize the department's operations.

المؤهلات

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field. -3 years' experience in a CRM leadership role, preferably in the industrial, construction, or Oil & Gas sector. - Tech Savvy. - Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. - Proven track record of improving customer experience and driving sales growth through CRM initiatives. - Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
