Khusheim’s community programs are intended to have focus on sales training by providing the technical knowhow and skills to young aspiring graduates in the Kingdom. We work to provide soft skills and hands on training to Saudi graduates who are unemployed in order to improve their chances of becoming employed wherever employment opportunities exist.

We mainly target Saudi graduates of universities or technical colleges, who are unemployed at the time of offering the training.

Accordingly, various sort term and long term courses are organized to cover essential selling skills that would boost employment chances and set the right frame of reference at the start of a professional career.

In addition, Participants are briefed on how to search for jobs and prepare for interviews. At the end of the program, all successful candidates receive a certificate of participation, as well honoring the top performing candidates in the respective batches.
